These Terms of Service govern your use of marttilo.com and your purchase of products through Marttilo, operated by GUANGZHOU LIUXING DATA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., with its registered and designated return address at ROOM 206-Z41, NO. 1302 BAIYUN AVENUE NORTH, BAIYUN DISTRICT, GUANGZHOU CITY, GUANGDONG PROVINCE, CHINA.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms as presented before purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your use of our website is subject to the website-use provisions below. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Online Store Terms
Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent information, infringe others’ rights, disrupt website operations, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
You must have the legal capacity or necessary authorization to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
You are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary to process your order. Contact us promptly if your delivery address or other important order details require correction.
Product Information
Marttilo offers garden and outdoor growing products, including mini greenhouses, walk-in greenhouses, raised garden beds, trellis planters, replacement greenhouse covers, and plant shelters.
We aim to accurately describe each product’s dimensions, materials, options, assembly requirements, and package contents. Screen settings and lighting may affect appearance, but they do not excuse material differences from the product description.
Natural wood grain, material texture, and finishes may vary where explained on the product page. Such variations do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
Review the listed dimensions and included components before ordering. For replacement covers, compare the stated size, shape, openings, and fastening arrangement with your existing frame. A matching overall size alone may not establish compatibility.
Only items identified as included form part of your purchase. Plants, soil, pots, tools, furniture, and other accessories shown for illustration are not included unless expressly stated. A listing identified as a replacement cover only does not include a greenhouse frame.
Product Assembly, Use, and Care
Follow the supplied assembly instructions, care guidance, load limits, and safety warnings. Use products only for their stated purpose.
Place structures and planters on a suitable, level surface. Follow any foundation, wall-support, anchoring, or ground-securing requirements applicable to the product. Check for underground services before inserting stakes or installing ground fixings.
Use appropriate care when handling metal edges, panels, tools, and small fittings. Keep loose components and packaging away from young children and pets during assembly.
Include wet soil, plants, water, and containers when assessing a planter or shelf load limit. Do not climb, sit, or stand on shelves, trellises, planters, or greenhouse frames unless the product is expressly designed for that use.
Greenhouses and plant covers do not provide automatic temperature control or guaranteed protection against frost, pests, strong winds, or snow. Monitor growing conditions, provide ventilation, and follow the product’s weather precautions. Do not assume a specific wind or snow rating unless expressly stated for the supplied model.
Growing results depend on plant selection, local conditions, and care. These precautions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty products, inaccurate descriptions, or inadequate instructions.
Orders and Payments
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use an authorized payment method.
An automated order receipt acknowledges that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send shipping confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier or applicable law requires otherwise.
Where legally permitted, we may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, a material pricing error, payment failure, or reasonably suspected fraud. We will notify you and will not substitute products or impose material changes without your agreement.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled goods and any associated delivery charges for services not provided. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirming cancellation, or sooner where legally required.
Prices, transaction currency, delivery charges, and taxes collected by us are shown before you complete checkout. Any applicable customs arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy and checkout disclosures. Future price changes do not alter accepted orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, available destinations, and applicable customs arrangements.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. This does not remove any mandatory delivery deadline or remedy for delay.
Some products may require more than one carton. Where an order is dispatched in separate packages, we will provide the available shipment information. Receiving one carton does not necessarily mean all components have arrived.
Contact [email protected] if a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or incomplete. We will investigate and provide assistance. Responsibility for delivery does not automatically transfer to you when we hand the goods to our carrier.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, return procedures, exchanges, cancellations, shipping responsibilities, and refunds.
We offer a voluntary 30-calendar-day return request period from delivery, in addition to applicable statutory rights. Returns are sent to our designated address in China and may require international transport.
For voluntary returns, we communicate the inspection outcome within 7 business days of receiving the complete return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, or sooner where required by applicable law. These periods do not extend mandatory refund deadlines.
Necessary return transport costs for faulty, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods are covered by Marttilo, as explained in that policy.
To request cancellation, contact us promptly. If an order has not shipped and fulfillment can be stopped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. Dispatch does not remove applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Intellectual Property and Privacy
Rights in protected website materials, including photographs, text, graphics, and designs, remain with their respective owners. Do not commercially reproduce or exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
To report suspected infringement, email [email protected] and identify the material concerned, its location, and the basis of your claim.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, including through enabled service providers and advertising integrations. Accepting these Terms does not replace consent where separately required.
Liability and Disputes
Website interruptions do not remove our obligations for existing orders. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign court requirement.
Changes and Applicable Law
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Revised Terms apply prospectively and will be made available on this website. They do not change accepted orders unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
Mandatory applicable law takes precedence over conflicting provisions. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections or access to courts available under applicable consumer law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally permitted.
